Update - The last several shoots have been studio-less and have been shot in various locations using the Nikon lighting system and more recently an AB ARB800 ring flash - which is the most amazing lighting tool. I can't wait to shoot with it more and learn all the nuances of distance, shadow and other controls.

Photography has always been a passion and with the invention of the digital camera, now an affordable one. I shoot using a Nikon D200 and utilize a MacBook Pro, Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop CS as the darkroom.

I especially love the photography of the female form! No other figure has the form, the composition, and the shapes. My other passion is the sheer sensuous beauty of a fine black and white photography, with its contrasts of light and dark, and range of tonalities and textures.

I continuously build my portfolio of images to increase my skill in using the camera and tools, and to help improve my ability to see the successful blend of technique, creativity, beauty, light and shadow. I also enjoy and welcome the opportunity to work with others in the building of images. I am a professional, very easy going and open minded person who loves new adventures and new challenges.
